We want to help people be valued for who they really are. We do this by combining psychological testing with big data analysis. For ordinary people, this means we can help them understand themselves better. For businesses, it means we can help them understand their customers better.
We strongly believe that it’s possible for the technological tools at humanity’s disposal to improve our understanding, help businesses serve their customers better and ultimately build a better world. For example, we are working with lenders in 6 countries to help 30m unbanked people in developing markets get access to credit, using our psychometric profiling systems.
